I’m a Asian male in my early 40′s in excellent health, but has been losing hair over the last 3 years. There’s a huge patch appearing on the top and , forehead is getting higher. Hair strands are getting thinner thus losing volume alarmingly.

well, you could try one of those hair loss treatments but though im a girl i loose alot of hair each time i run my fingers thru it..though mines thick, but i would ay if the hair-loss treatment(which you can probly find in a drug store or order from tv)question a doctor if all else fails
i would go to a salonist or try calling your friends and get their advise….I got nothing!sorry!
Nioxin is a professional product that works, i have not used it myself but go to your sylist and they can help you out. Sometimes balding is irreversible (aside from implants)… its called allopecia… its hereditary… sorry =\
