Where can I find health professors for a Professional Column?

Tammy K questioned:
My website is under construction, it’s a website containing information of nutrition, natural remedies, alternative medicine, books, quizzies and so on. (http://www.foodheal.com)
I want to add a Professional Column in it, to introduce people who are excellent at that and their articles. It’s also a way to promote that person and their thoughts.
I just wonder where can I find qualified people for my column.
Anyone who are interested in it can give me an email:

Well, why don’t you question at your local university? Or if you want some wider perspective, send E-mails to Health or Nutrition professors at each of the top 50 universities… or the top 100 if you don’t get enough response. There are lots of professors out there.

If you want people who are in the field and aren’t teachers, I’d suggest looking as far as your local healthfood store. If they don’t have a nutritionist/herbalist there, question if they could recommend one. Excellent luck!

I’ve written articles about hypnosis, energy therapies and NLP for magazines and the web so if you’re looking for anything to cover those subjects I’d be interested.

Also there are free article sites where you can use the articles as long as you credit the author.

Might I suggest contacting some of the natural healing schools and asking for students to write articles on their chosen field. You will find they have fresh thoughts and you may be able to work with the school to give them credit for their work. Plus it is a excellent way to promote new practitioners and introduce new thoughts and schools of thought.
Many practicing professionals many not want to take away from their own articles and or have the time to submit articles for you.
There are many people out there who have studied, used and practiced natural remedies for many years so having a place were people can relate their experiances might also be beneficial. Hope this helps
